I was in the process of buying my first home.  I reached out to Gwen Broughton, Freedom Reality.  In speaking with Gwen.  Once we completed the introductory questions Gwen let me know that I would be working with Sheree Scott during my search.  Scherrie called to introduce herself to me and get an idea of what I was looking.  I must say that after just a few showings Scherriehad my style down pat and was able to tailor my search to fit my needs.  It was during Covid and the housing market was slim to none.  After about 6 months I gave up hope but Scherrie was always encouraging me to stick it out promising that it was going to get better and going the extra mile to set up showings, adapting to my availability and even treading through snow and on Sundays.  At the end I was able to purchase my new home!! Working with The GBS Team has been life changing. Since the birth of my daughter, my dream was to provide a home for her. Not something temporary or something that we could say, well at least we have a roof over our heads but a place we could call home. The GBS team helped made that dream come true!

Scherrie is more than a Realtor to me; she is more like a sister/counselor. I can’t speak for everyone but, as you get closer to your dreams, you start to make excuses for why this dream is not obtainable. Scherrie was there every time to help me regain focus.
