A Night to Remember: The 2025 Red, Black & Green Extravaganza

The GBS Real Estate team was honored to play a role in the planning and execution of the 2025 Red, Black & Green Extravaganza, hosted by the Waukegan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. This unforgettable evening celebrated culture, history, and community while raising funds to support local students through scholarships.

An Evening of Celebration and Culture

The energy was electric as guests arrived, dressed in their finest Afro Funk attire, ready for a night of music, dancing, and cultural appreciation. Funk Brotherz kept the crowd moving with an incredible performance, while a dynamic drummer soloist captivated the audience. The event also featured raffles, vendor shopping, and stunning cultural tributes, honoring the achievements and contributions of African Americans throughout history.

More Than Just a Celebration

Beyond the vibrant entertainment and festivities, the Red, Black & Green Extravaganza carried a deeper purpose—supporting education and community empowerment. The funds raised from this event will go directly toward scholarships for local students, helping to invest in the future leaders of tomorrow.
